3. Read the disclaimer form, tick GDPR boxes, and re-enter your name for a digital signature.

4. Press the submit button.

5. A small screen will appear. Please press the link. You will be sent to the online payment section.

6. On completion of your payment, press submit. You will receive an email with confirmation and a receipt of payment.
